Shipping Policy

 

Typically, orders are processed within 2 – 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your confirmation email. Rest assured, you will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

For calculated shipping rates, the charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location:

  • Standard ship times for US domestic orders can range from 2 – 5 business days.
  • Economy ship times for US domestic orders can range from 4 – 8 business days.
  • Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and unincorporated territories of the United States may take an additional 7 to 12 business days.

If you have placed a multiple item order, please be aware that the items may ship individually as soon as they are ready and may arrive in separate packages.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you have not received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact our customer support team at support@nellycreations.com with your name and order number, and we will investigate the matter for you.

 

Returns Policy

 

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Nelly Creations. If for any reason you are not happy with your item, we offer a 30-day return policy. This means that you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. Returns beyond 30 days of receipt will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please ensure that you include the receipt or proof of purchase with your return.

If you would like to exchange your item, the fastest way to ensure that you get the item you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Please note that we do not provide free return shipping labels, and the cost of shipping the returned products will be the responsibility of the customer, unless the items arrived damaged or there was an error with the print, color, or size.

 

Damages & Issues

 

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a defective or damaged item, or if you received the wrong item (i.e. incorrect print, color, or size), contact us immediately at support@nellycreations.com with your name, order number, and photos of the item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Non-returnable Items

 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Refunds

 

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us at support@nellycreations.com.

 

Cancellations

 

All items in our store are Print on Demand. Orders may be cancelled if they have not entered the printing process. If you must cancel your order, contact us at support@nellycreations.com within 1 hour of placing your order. Once an order enters the printing process, it will be fulfilled normally and may not be cancelled.
