When will I get my order?

Typically, orders are processed within 2 – 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your confirmation email.

  • Standard ship times for US domestic orders can range from 2 – 5 business days.
  • Economy ship times for US domestic orders can range from 4 – 8 business days.
  • Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and unincorporated territories of the United States may take an additional 7 to 12 business days.

If you have placed a multiple item order, please be aware that the items may ship individually as soon as they are ready and may arrive in separate packages.

 

Where will my order ship from?

We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide!

 

Will I be charged customs for my order?

An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.

 

My order should be here by now, but I still don’t have it. What should I do?

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

  • Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
  • Ask your local post office if they have your package
  • Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn’t left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at support@nellycreations.com with your order number.

If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.

How are your products made?

We work with a print-on-demand drop shipper. They have locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently!

 

How do I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at support@nellycreations.com.

 

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?

We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at support@nellycreations.com within 30 days with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

 

Returns

 

What’s your return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Returns beyond 30 days of receipt will not be accepted.

We accept returns on new and unused items. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please note we do not provide free return shipping labels. Returned products to be shipped at customer’s expense.

If you received the wrong item or a defective product (arrived damaged or incorrect print, color, or size), we will send a replacement item free of charge! Please send photos of defective item to support@nellycreations.com with your name and order number.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@nellycreations.com with your name and order number.

Gift cards and sale items are final purchases and cannot be returned/refunded.

 

Do you offer refunds?

Yes, we offer refunds. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we have approved your return, please contact us at support@nellycreations.com.

 

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?

Yes. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return in accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts – we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section. Though rare, it’s possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If that’s the case, please let us know at support@nellycreations.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!

 

Can I cancel or modify my order?

All items in our store are Print on Demand. Orders may be cancelled if they have not entered the printing process. If you must cancel your order, contact us at support@nellycreations.com within 1 hour of placing your order. Once an order enters the printing process, it will be fulfilled normally and may not be cancelled
